Loan Signing Agent Intensive

Learn how to prepare, present, complete, quality-check, scan, package, and ship loan documents through guided instruction and mock loan-signing practice.

 

Description

The Loan Signing Agent Intensive prepares commissioned notaries to complete loan-signing assignments accurately and professionally.

This 29-hour, instructor-led program covers loan packages, key closing documents, refinance signings, printing, scanbacks, document packaging, shipping, quality control, and mock loan-signing practice.

WHAT STUDENTS WILL LEARN

Students will learn how to:

• Understand the loan-signing agent’s role and professional boundaries

• Identify the purpose and signing requirements of common loan documents

• Prepare, print, and organize loan packages correctly

• Present documents without providing unauthorized legal, financial, or lending advice

• Conduct refinance signings using a consistent signing-table process

• Complete scanbacks, packaging, and shipping requirements

• Prevent missing signatures, dates, initials, certificates, and other common errors

• Complete a full mock loan signing using professional quality-control procedures

• Format: Live, instructor-led virtual training

Students need a reliable internet connection and a computer or tablet with working audio and video capabilities.

STUDENT PORTAL CONTENT

Registered students will receive portal access to class information, session recordings, and:

• Student workbook

• Course resource guide

• Practical exercises and mock signing materials

• Final assessment

• Certificate of completion requirements

Course materials are for enrolled students only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior consent from Gus Coutin.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

Students must complete the required instruction and assignments, successfully complete the mock loan signing, and earn at least 80% on the final assessment.

Qualified students may receive a TTS Training Academy certificate of completion. The certificate does not grant a notary commission, license, certification from a government agency, or guaranteed signing-agent employment.

LIVE VIRTUAL CLASS INFORMATION

This program is delivered through Google Meet. Class dates and times are listed under the available Class Session options. All times are Eastern Time.

The Google Meet link and protected materials will be provided through the student’s TTS Training Academy account. Registered students will also receive a Google Calendar invitation.

Live sessions will be recorded. Students must provide the required recording consent before participating.

If minimum enrollment is not reached, TTS Training Academy may reschedule the class or provide the options stated in the Training Refund and Cancellation Policy.

STATE AND BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS NOTICE

Notary laws, loan-signing procedures, identification requirements, certificate wording, background-screening requirements, and signing-service qualifications vary by state and company.

Students must follow their commissioning state’s laws and the instructions provided by the contracting company. This course does not provide legal, financial, lending, tax, or accounting advice and does not guarantee assignments, contracts, certification, or income.
