Certificate of Completion Policy
Effective: August 29, 2026
Purpose
This policy establishes the requirements for earning and receiving a Certificate of Completion from TTS Training Academy.
Certificate Eligibility
A student must successfully complete all applicable course requirements before receiving a Certificate of Completion.
Depending on the course, requirements may include:
- Required attendance
- Required participation
- Completion of assignments or exercises
- Completion of required assessments
- Satisfaction of applicable course requirements
- Achievement of the Academy’s required passing score
Passing Standard
When an assessment is required, students must meet the TTS Training Academy 80 Percent Passing Standard unless a different requirement is specifically established for a particular course.
Students who do not initially achieve the required score may be subject to the Academy’s applicable remediation or reassessment procedures.
Attendance and Completion
Attendance alone does not guarantee a Certificate of Completion. A student must satisfy all applicable attendance, participation, assessment, and course-completion requirements.
Nature of the Certificate
A TTS Training Academy Certificate of Completion documents that the named student successfully completed the applicable Academy course requirements.
The certificate is not a state-issued license, notary commission, government credential, professional license, government endorsement, or independent certification unless specifically stated otherwise.
State Requirements
Notary commissioning, remote online notarization authorization, licensing, continuing education, and other professional requirements vary by state or jurisdiction.
Students are responsible for determining whether a TTS Training Academy course satisfies any particular state, employer, contracting organization, or professional requirement.
No Guarantee of Professional Results
Receiving a Certificate of Completion does not guarantee approval of a notary commission, professional license, remote online notarization authorization, employment, contracting opportunities, business revenue, or any particular financial result.
Student Name and Certificate Information
Certificates will generally be issued using the student’s registration information.
Students are responsible for ensuring that their name and other relevant account information are accurate. TTS Training Academy may request reasonable verification before correcting or reissuing a certificate.
Replacement or Correction
Students may contact TTS Training Academy when a certificate requires correction or replacement. The Academy will review the request and determine the appropriate administrative action.
Academic Integrity
TTS Training Academy may withhold, invalidate, or revoke a certificate when there is documented evidence of fraud, identity misrepresentation, cheating, unauthorized assistance, falsification of course completion, or erroneous issuance.
Policy Acceptance
By participating in a TTS Training Academy course, the student acknowledges and agrees to the applicable course-completion and certificate requirements.
