Recording and Replay Policy

Purpose

This policy explains how TTS Training Academy may record live instructional sessions and how students may access and use Academy-provided recordings or replays.

Recording of Live Sessions

TTS Training Academy may record live virtual classes for educational, student replay, instructional quality, training administration, or related Academy purposes.

Students will be informed when a live session is being recorded.

Student Participation in Recordings

A recording may capture a student’s display name, image, voice, chat messages, questions, screen content, or other participation when the student interacts during a recorded session.

Students should avoid disclosing confidential, sensitive, financial, medical, or other private information during a recorded class.

Replay Access

When TTS Training Academy provides a course replay, access is limited to authorized students and may be available only for a limited period.

Replay availability is not guaranteed for every course or session.

Attendance Requirements

Access to a recording or replay does not automatically replace required attendance at a live course.

When live attendance is required for course completion or certificate eligibility, watching a replay will satisfy that requirement only when TTS Training Academy expressly authorizes it.

Protected Course Material

Academy recordings and replays are protected course materials intended for authorized educational use.

Students may not download, copy, reproduce, record, distribute, sell, publish, post online, transmit, or share Academy recordings or replay access with another person unless TTS Training Academy provides prior written authorization.

Student Recording

Students may not independently record live classes, instructors, presentations, screens, or other students without prior authorization from TTS Training Academy and, when applicable, the individuals being recorded.

Technical Limitations

TTS Training Academy will make reasonable efforts to record sessions when recording is planned. Technical problems, internet interruptions, platform failures, corrupted files, or other circumstances may prevent a recording from being created or made available.

The Academy does not guarantee that every live session will have a usable recording.

Promotional Use

Instructional recording does not automatically authorize TTS Training Academy to use a student’s image, voice, name, testimonial, or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes.

Promotional use is governed separately by the Academy’s Media and Recording Consent process.

Privacy

Information associated with course recordings will be handled in accordance with applicable TTS Training Academy privacy practices and policies.

Policy Acceptance

By participating in a TTS Training Academy live course, the student acknowledges this Recording and Replay Policy and understands that a session may be recorded when notice is provided.
