Transfer and Rescheduling Policy

Effective: August 29, 2026

Purpose

This policy establishes the conditions under which students may request transfer or rescheduling of an enrollment in a TTS Training Academy course.

Transfer Requests

Students who cannot attend their originally scheduled session should submit a transfer request as soon as possible through the Academy’s designated support or contact channel.

Eligibility

Transfer approval is subject to course availability, available seats, timing of the request, prior access to protected course materials, and any course-specific restrictions disclosed before purchase.

Same-Course Transfers

Approved transfers normally apply to another available session of the same course. Transfers to a different course may require a price adjustment and additional approval.

Seat Availability

A transfer does not reserve a future seat until TTS Training Academy confirms the new session in writing or through the student portal.

Repeated Transfers

TTS Training Academy may limit repeated transfer requests. A one-time transfer may be allowed when appropriate, but subsequent changes may be treated as a cancellation and handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Late Requests and No-Shows

Requests received after a live class begins, or after a student is recorded as a no-show, may be denied. The Academy may approve exceptions for documented emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.

Academy Rescheduling

If TTS Training Academy reschedules a course, affected students will be offered the revised session or another reasonable option. If no suitable replacement is available, the matter will be handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Course Materials

Access to course materials does not automatically transfer to another person. Enrollment and course access remain assigned to the registered student unless expressly approved by TTS Training Academy.

Policy Acceptance

By enrolling, the student acknowledges and agrees to this Transfer and Rescheduling Policy and any course-specific scheduling terms disclosed before purchase.
