Student Enrollment Policy

Purpose

This policy establishes the enrollment requirements for courses offered through Total Technical Solutions (TTS) Training Academy.

Enrollment Requirements

Students must provide accurate registration information and maintain access to the email address used for enrollment. Enrollment is assigned to the registered student and may not be shared, transferred, or resold except as specifically permitted under an applicable TTS transfer policy.

Account Requirement

Students must create or maintain an individual student account when required by the Academy platform. Login credentials are personal and may not be shared with another person.

Payment and Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is not confirmed until all required registration steps and payment requirements have been successfully completed. A course appearing in a shopping cart, pending order, or incomplete transaction does not reserve a seat.

Live Virtual Course Requirements

TTS Training Academy courses designated as live virtual are delivered through Google Meet or another Academy-approved platform. Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a compatible device with functioning audio and, when required, video capability.

Course Materials

Course materials provided through the student portal are for the enrolled student’s individual educational use. Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, posted, sold, or reproduced without prior written authorization from TTS Training Academy.

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for reviewing course descriptions, prerequisites, technology requirements, policies, and scheduled course information before enrolling. Students must comply with the Student Code of Conduct and other Academy policies while participating in a course.

State-Specific Requirements

Notary laws, commissioning requirements, remote online notarization requirements, and professional regulations vary by jurisdiction. Students are responsible for verifying the requirements applicable in their state or jurisdiction before relying on course information for professional practice.

No Guarantee of Licensing or Employment

Enrollment or completion of a TTS Training Academy course does not guarantee a notary commission, professional license, state approval, employment, contract work, business revenue, or any particular financial result.

Acceptance of Policies

By completing enrollment, the student acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to applicable TTS Training Academy policies, including policies concerning cancellations, refunds, transfers, attendance, recordings, course completion, certificates, conduct, and training disclaimers.

Policy Changes

TTS Training Academy may update administrative policies when necessary. Changes will not be applied retroactively in a manner that materially removes rights already provided to a student for a completed purchase unless required by law.
