Student Code of Conduct

Effective: August 29, 2026

Purpose

This Student Code of Conduct establishes standards for professional, respectful, and ethical participation in TTS Training Academy courses and learning activities.

Professional Conduct

Students are expected to communicate and behave professionally when interacting with instructors, Academy personnel, guest presenters, and other students.

Students must contribute to a learning environment that allows all participants to engage without unnecessary disruption.

Respectful Environment

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threats, abusive language, bullying, or deliberately disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Disagreements should be handled professionally and respectfully.

Student Identity and Accounts

Students must participate using their own Academy account and enrollment.

Students may not:

  • Share login credentials or protected course access
  • Impersonate another student
  • Allow another person to complete assessments or course requirements on their behalf
  • Complete assessments or attendance requirements for another student
  • Misrepresent their identity or course participation

Academic Integrity

Students are expected to complete required assignments, exercises, and assessments honestly.

Cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized assistance, sharing assessment answers, falsifying course completion, or other forms of academic misconduct are prohibited.

Course Materials

TTS Training Academy course materials are provided for the enrolled student’s individual educational use.

Students may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, upload, distribute, or share protected course materials without prior written authorization from TTS Training Academy.

Recording Restrictions

Students may not independently record live classes, instructors, presentations, screens, or other participants without authorization.

Academy recordings and replays are governed by the TTS Training Academy Recording and Replay Policy.

Privacy of Other Participants

Students must respect the privacy of instructors and other participants.

Personal information, statements, images, contact information, or other information learned about another participant during a course should not be distributed or publicly posted without appropriate permission.

Classroom Participation

Students must follow reasonable instructor directions related to course participation, technology, discussions, exercises, assessments, and classroom administration.

Students should avoid conduct that repeatedly interrupts instruction or prevents other students from participating.

Solicitation and Unrelated Promotion

Unauthorized solicitation, spam, recruiting, advertising, or promotion of unrelated products or services during Academy classes or through Academy learning environments is prohibited.

Violations

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, TTS Training Academy may take appropriate action, including:

  • Verbal or written warning
  • Removal from a live session
  • Restriction of course access
  • Requirement to complete corrective action
  • Suspension or termination of enrollment
  • Withholding or revocation of a Certificate of Completion when appropriate

Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal when necessary to protect students, instructors, Academy systems, or the integrity of the learning environment.

Any refund or transfer eligibility following removal will be determined under applicable TTS Training Academy policies and applicable law.

Reporting Concerns

Students who experience or observe conduct that may violate this policy should report the concern to TTS Training Academy through the Academy’s designated support or contact channel.

Policy Acceptance

By enrolling in or participating in a TTS Training Academy course, the student acknowledges and agrees to comply with this Student Code of Conduct.
