Notary Laws and Regulations
Notary laws, administrative rules, commissioning requirements, remote online notarization requirements, procedures, fees, and professional standards vary by state and jurisdiction and may change over time.
Students are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current laws, rules, official guidance, and requirements applicable in the jurisdiction where they intend to perform notarial services.

TTS Training Academy encourages students to verify regulatory information through appropriate official sources, including state commissioning authorities, Secretaries of State, licensing agencies, statutes, administrative rules, and other applicable government resources.
Course materials should not be used as a substitute for current official requirements.
No Guarantee of Commission or Authorization
Enrollment in or completion of a TTS Training Academy course does not guarantee:
- Approval of a notary commission
- Remote online notarization authorization
- Professional licensing or certification
- Acceptance by a state or regulatory authority
- Employment or independent contractor opportunities
- Loan signing assignments
- Business contracts
- Customer acquisition
- Business revenue or profitability

Course Examples and Templates
Forms, scripts, checklists, workflows, business examples, scenarios, templates, and other resources provided during training are instructional tools.

Certificate of Completion
A TTS Training Academy Certificate of Completion documents successful completion of applicable Academy course requirements.
It does not independently create a government license, notary commission, state authorization, or professional credential unless expressly recognized by the applicable authority.
Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in or participating in TTS Training Academy training, the student acknowledges the educational nature and limitations of the Academy’s courses and materials.
