The Notary Business Growth Accelerator helps working notaries develop a structured plan for strengthening, marketing, and expanding a professional notary business.
This 28-hour, instructor-led program combines live instruction, business-planning exercises, pricing development, marketing systems, client-conversion strategies, and practical tools. Students will build an organized approach to attracting clients, managing follow-up, improving their digital presence, and developing recurring business relationships.
WHAT STUDENTS WILL LEARN
Students will learn how to:
• Evaluate their current notary business model and service mix
• Build practical service packages for individual and business clients
• Develop pricing based on time, expenses, market conditions, and business goals
• Create a professional client experience from inquiry through follow-up
• Strengthen their website and online business presence
• Improve local discovery through Google Business Profile and local SEO
• Plan professional email and relationship-marketing campaigns
• Organize leads, clients, appointments, and follow-up through a CRM
• Create outreach strategies for attorneys, title companies, healthcare facilities, businesses, and community partners
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and paying clients
• Develop recurring business-to-business accounts
• Track marketing activity, conversion results, expenses, and revenue
• Create a practical growth plan with measurable business goals

This program is delivered live online through Google Meet. Participants must attend from a computer or tablet with a working camera, microphone, speakers, and reliable internet connection.
Class dates and times are listed under the available Class Session options. All times are Eastern Time.
Enrollment includes the student workbook, course-specific checklists, classroom exercises, assessment materials, protected student resources, and eligibility for a certificate of completion.
The Google Meet link and protected class materials will be available through the student’s TTS Training Academy account. Registered students will also receive a Google Calendar invitation before class.
Live sessions will be recorded. Students will receive a recording notice and must provide the required consent before participating.
The class requires a minimum of 3 registered students and is limited to 10 students. If minimum enrollment is not reached, TTS Training Academy may reschedule the class or provide the options stated in the Training Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Course materials are provided for the enrolled student’s educational use and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written authorization.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Students must complete the published attendance, participation, and assignment requirements and earn a score of at least 80% on the final assessment to receive a TTS Training Academy certificate of completion.
This certificate documents completion of the training program. It does not grant a notary commission, business license, government credential, or guarantee of clients, contracts, revenue, or business results.
