The TTS Professional Notary Academy is a comprehensive, multi-track program for new and working notaries who want broad professional training within one structured curriculum.

This 74-hour, instructor-led program combines notary foundations, state-law research, mobile operations, hospital assignments, loan signing, remote online notarization, apostille services, business growth, fraud awareness, identity verification, and incident response.

WHAT STUDENTS WILL LEARN

Students will learn how to:

• Understand the authority, duties, responsibilities, and limitations of a notary commission

• Locate and review the official notary laws, rules, procedures, and guidance for their commissioning state

• Research state-specific identification, certificate, fee, journal, recordkeeping, and refusal requirements

• Verify signer identity, willingness, and awareness

• Complete notarial certificates and maintain professional records

• Establish safe and profitable mobile-notary procedures

• Handle hospital, nursing-home, and power-of-attorney assignments

• Apply essential loan-signing, RON, and apostille procedures

• Build pricing, marketing, lead-conversion, and customer-management systems

• Recognize fraud indicators, verify identification, and document incidents

Students need a reliable internet connection and a computer or tablet with working audio and video capabilities.

STUDENT PORTAL CONTENT

Registered students will receive portal access to class information, session recordings, and:

• Student workbook

• Academy resource guide

• Practical exercises and specialty scenarios

• Assessments and capstone project

• Certificate of completion requirements

Course materials are for enrolled students only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior consent from Gus Coutin.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

Students must complete the required instruction and assignments, pass the module assessments, complete the specialty exercises and capstone project, and earn at least 80% overall.

Qualified students may receive a TTS Training Academy certificate of completion. The certificate does not replace a state commission, license, background screening, insurance requirement, platform approval, or other required credential.

LIVE VIRTUAL CLASS INFORMATION

This program is delivered through Google Meet. Class dates and times are listed under the available Class Session options. All times are Eastern Time.

The Google Meet link and protected materials will be provided through the student’s TTS Training Academy account. Registered students will also receive Google Calendar invitations.

Live sessions will be recorded. Students must provide the required recording consent before participating.

If minimum enrollment is not reached, TTS Training Academy may reschedule the class or provide the options stated in the Training Refund and Cancellation Policy.

STATE AND BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS NOTICE

Notary laws, authorized services, identification standards, certificate wording, recordkeeping rules, service fees, journal requirements, and business requirements vary by state and service type.

Students will be shown how to locate official state statutes, administrative rules, commissioning-agency guidance, approved certificate wording, fee limitations, and other applicable requirements. Students remain responsible for verifying and following the current requirements of every state where they are commissioned or authorized to provide services.

Students must obtain and maintain any required commission, license, registration, insurance, background screening, equipment, supplies, or platform approval.
