Training Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment

All programs require payment in full at registration.

Cancellation Before Access

A customer may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase when no purchased video, workbook, template, checklist, or other digital material has been accessed or downloaded.

Accessed Digital Materials

Purchases become nonrefundable once included digital materials are accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Technical Problems

GCNP will provide reasonable assistance or replacement access for defective files, broken authorized links, or delivery problems.

Email contact@gulfcoastnotarypros.com with the purchaser name, email, program, purchase date, and reason for the request.
